The Bloomsbury Boys
Two Florists, a Soprano & a Piano!
Caroline Johnson soprano
Sunday 13 March, 7.30pm
The Electric Theatre, Guildford
Tickets: £14, £10
Flower arranging with a musical twist and flourish! The Bloomsbury Boys, ex Royal Ballet dancers and florists Stephen Wicks and Mark Welford, have a brand new show that is fun, classy and colourful! Watch as they manipulate beautiful blooms to create dazzling flower displays in front of you. Definitely able to multi-task, they produce inspiring creations as they informally chat to the audience about their two, not so different worlds, of ballet and flowers, while passing out tips on flower design. This new show premieres in Guildford and includes, especially for the Festival, musical accompaniment from opera star, Caroline Johnson, with her selection of light operatic favourites and flower-themed songs.
