Tickets can be purchased in the following ways:
By Phone: You can book with a credit/debit/switch card by calling any of the main box offices.
In person: You can book in person and pay in cash, by cheque or by credit card at the main box offices.
By post: Please send your booking order with an SAE to the Festival Box Office. Cheques should be made payable to 'Guildford Borough Council'
At the event: Most venues will sell tickets at the venue prior to the performance, but you are advised to buy your tickets in advance to avoid disappointment.

for clarification.
Concessions
Unless otherwise stated concessions generally mean senior citizens, UB40s
holders, registered disabled, students and children (under 16).
Returned tickets
Once you have paid for your tickets, we regret that we are unable to make
refunds except in the case of a cancelled event. Tickets for sold out shows
may be left at the Box Office for possible cash resale. Resale cannot be
guaranteed.
Access
We welcome everyone to our events, but know that some venues (eg churches)
are not as well equipped as others to deal with all guests. Please discuss
your requirements with the Box Office or the Festival Administration on
01483 689690 in advance so that we may answer your queries and ensure an
enjoyable visit. The information in this brochure is available in large
print on request.
The Guildford International Music Festival is a non-profit making enterprise established under the auspices of the University of Surrey and Guildford Borough Council.
